Hi! My name is Laura Forbes, the Math teacher for 7th grade boys and girls at Spartanburg Charter School. I am a graduate of Church Teacher's College (Jamaica) where I specialized in Mathematics and Physical Education. I then pursued My Bachelor Of Arts in Guidance and Councelling at the International University of the Caribbean (Jamaica) and my Masters of Arts at Nova Southeastern University.
My Philosophy is " to do whatever I can to the best of my ability" and it is for this reason, that I have and has been enjoying every minute of my teaching years for the past fifteen (15) years working with my students and seeing them excell.
Teaching is my life, and it with great pleasure, joy and pride that I once again join the family at SpartanburgCharter School.
