SCS will assist SC in reaching academic excellence, as operationalized by SC ranking in the top half of states nationally.

• Objective 1A - The median student score on a nationally-normed test of reading achievement will rank at the 50th percentile or higher for both boys and girls.
• Objective 1B - The median student score on a nationally-normed test of mathematics achievement will rank at the 50th percentile or higher for both boys and girls.
